Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, email, and delivery address.

Payment details are processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — your card or UPI details never touch our servers.

We share your delivery details with our courier partners solely to deliver your order.

After you order, Google may show a box offering a short survey about your purchase (Google Customer Reviews). For that box we pass Google your email address, order number and expected delivery date; Google emails you only if you agree, and handles this under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we record basic visit information — your IP address, approximate city, pages viewed, and device type — to understand our reach and to prevent fraud. This data is kept for 90 days and is never sold.

We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and, when we advertise, the Google and Meta advertising tags so we can tell which ads lead to orders. These services set their own cookies and receive pages viewed and, after a purchase, the order number, the products and the order value (not your name, phone or address).

We may send you order updates on WhatsApp and email. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and every one carries an opt-out.
