Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the bag is unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID. We arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier partners support it.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the pickup passes inspection. COD refunds are issued to your UPI or bank account.

Manufacturing defects (zips, stitching, straps) are covered by a 6-month warranty — we repair or replace, our choice, at no cost to you.

Items damaged by misuse, overloading beyond reasonable capacity, or normal wear are not covered.
