Before you ask
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouse. Metro cities typically receive in 2–4 days; the rest of India in 4–7 days. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email the moment it ships.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — COD is available across India. We confirm COD orders with a quick OTP so your bag ships without delays.
What if I don't like it?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The bag should be unused with tags intact; refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of pickup.
Is there a warranty?
Every NodePack carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects — zips, stitching and straps included.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. For corporate gifting or bulk pricing (10+ pieces), reach us on WhatsApp or email — we'll respond within a working day.
